We're a building and joinery company specializing in loft conversions, kitchens , bathrooms and most types of home improvement works . We cover all trades

DMS has primarily worked with domestic customers delivering a high standard of workmanship since 1997. Clients have included Johnathon Hendry Architects, John Roe Toyota motor Group, ACS & T and numerous prominent local business owners. Projects have inclued a full roof uplift, the building of an award winning chalet design on the Humberston Fitties, many domestic loft conversions, extension work and kitchen and bathroom work from inception through to completion.

DMS currently have a vacancy for a good semi skilled labourer / groundworker.

The prospective employee would ideally have a good knowledge of the building trade and how it works.

Be able to take their own initiative when not working under supervision.

To have good punctuality, be polite and well mannered.

To be able to operate small plant would be advantageous. Keeping sites clean and tidy to enable safe working practice.

We are able to offer a competitive salary with pension option and for the right candidate the potential for a company vehicle with fuel card.

DMS Joinery & Building require a high quality, experienced joiner.

At DMS we undertake high-end refurbishment and renovation work to both the domestic and commercial sectors.

If you are hardworking, friendly and reliable, with excellent customer facing skills we’d like to hear from you. Both able to work on your own, and be part of an experienced team of Multi-Skilled tradesmen, you will also hold a full driving licence.

This role is suitable for those who are able to: hang doors; fit kitchens; carry out all 1st and 2nd fix joinery to a very high standard. Roofing, soffit and facia work also included as would be some general building skills such as plaster boarding, etc.

This is a permanent position and the successful candidate would receive a competitive salary and pension scheme. An excellent opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a great team in a supportive environment and would suit a person who is maybe looking to progress their career.

Full time permanent position. Mon-Fri 40hrs per week. Sub-contractors also welcome to apply.
