"Last month my grandad passed from cancer, it was found late stages when it was already too late to do anything, as fast as it started it was over. There was next to no symptoms before his diagnoses and it all came out of nowhere. "Last year I lost two close friends to intentional drug overdoses within three months of one another, mental health has always been a struggle for myself and since then even more so. I have been working on a Men's Mental Health charity for over a year now and will be launching the website this weekend, the charity is called The Lost Ones Foundation and I will be organizing fund raisers starting in the new year.
