So annoying

I sent a parcel back to the UK from Nepal. Here are the mistakes that have happened!
1. Ups fail to deliver it to my correct address. They took it to a local newsagents.
2. They fail to notify me it is in my hometown.
3. My parcel got sent back to UPS, which they then proceeded to misplace and lose.
4. UPS tell me the parcel is lost, but then they keep ignoring all my messages
5. 3 months later I start leaving comments on their page. They start messaging me back but then stop replying to me but messaging my mum instead (who I hadnt seen at this point for 6 months and who knew very little about all this).
6. Finally get back in touch with them. They tell me I have been referred to a case manager. But won't tell me how to contact this person, only that their name is Chris. What am I meant to do?
7. Finally speak to Chris. 5 months after my parcel has been missing I get my first apology.
8. Start the compensation procedure. Then miraculously I get told UPS know where my parcel is. They say they have sent it to Germany so it's no longer their responsibility and I'm not due any compensation.
9. I email the company they apparently sent it to. No valid email address or phone number.
11. I ask UPS for the contact details. They say they can't give them to me because Its a third party.
12. I ask what I'm meant to do then. They then say ITS MY FAULT for not checking it's a suitable their party in the 1st place
13. I tell them I have never used that company. UPS randomly sent my parcel there. So I get told I'm getting marked down as spam, I've been given my answer and to stop wasting their time.
