After one of our busiest times of the year, we wanted to take a moment to thank our incredible Head Office colleagues for their hard work, dedication, and commitment in helping families get ready for the new school year.

To celebrate a successful season, we enjoyed a fantastic Sip, Paint & Eat event, filled with creativity, great food, and lots of laughs. It was the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and spend some quality time together as a team.

A huge thank you to Potstop for hosting such a fun and creative experience, and to Adam Bailey for keeping us fuelled with delicious pizza throughout the day. 🍕🎨

A big thank you 👏

With the new term now underway, we want to take a moment to celebrate our amazing teams who made this back-to-school season one of our most successful yet.

Here’s a quick look at what we achieved together:
📦 Record numbers of parcels shipped, units sold, and in-store sales
👟 Over 9,000 fitting appointments completed
⭐ 96% of customers rated our staff as very knowledgeable
⭐ 96% rated their fitting appointment as very good
♻️ Record-breaking pre-loved sales in both July and August

None of this would be possible without the incredible dedication of our store, distribution, customer service, operations, and support teams across the country.

As a multi-channel retailer, we’re proud to give families the flexibility to shop in the way that suits them best, whether that’s online, in-store or at one of our pop-up events.

It was wonderful to meet so many parents and students getting ready for the new school year and helping them find everything they need.
