Colin Butcher and his UKPD team (United Kingdom Pet Detectives) have been recovering stolen missing and lost cats dogs and other animals for over 20 years. age which aims to provide followers with, news and information on trends in pet crimes around the UK. We will also provide updates on our investigations with occasional requests for support from local communities. Through our sister site on Youtube PET DETECTIVE TV we release informative videos on how pet owners can keep their pets safe and secure and what you can do to help us deal with people who exploit animals. The Pet Detectives Community is a place where pet owners and animal lovers can discover more about our work and investigations. We actively encourage healthy dialogue in our community so if you disagree with someone else’s comment then post away. However we do NOT accept that you need to engage in name calling or any form of trolling behaviour in order to make a point. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, after all we live in a democracy that champions free speech. By all means feel free to express your opinion but we have a zero tolerance of people posting rude or aggressive comments in this community. Anyone who is found to have breached our fair play policy will have their comment removed and may be blocked from this community.

Dorset Police are asking for your assistance in tracking down the Owner of a spaniel in Poole

After it’s alleged the dog bit a woman whilst out on a walk.

You may know the identity of the woman but are you prepared to become a SNITCH?

As a spaniel owner I believe all spaniels are innocent of anything they do but then I am a little bit prejudice

NEWS THE NEXT GENERATION AIRTAG IS IT A GAME CHANGER IN THE PET TRACKING INDUSTRY? 

Previously, I wasn’t a fan of the AIRTAG, but I’ve just finished testing the next GEN AirTag AKA The AirTag 2 which was released January this year

Much better Range much better accuracy and the tracking software can now be paired with Apple Watches plus an ingenious way of helping to recover cats accidentally transported in delivery vehicles
