One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned, both in our own businesses and through the women in our community, is that doing everything yourself often costs more than you realise.

Not just financially, but in energy, creativity, and the space you need to lead.

Our International Women’s Day event was a perfect example. Instead of trying to manage every detail, we leaned on a team. We outsourced as much as we could; label creation, event support, design printing, outfit styling & we even outsourced our children to our husbands the night before so we could stay in the hotel the night before!

That allowed us to focus on the parts only we can do: hosting, guiding conversations, and being fully present with the incredible women in the room.

And we see this reflected across Women’s Work Social too.

When women start outsourcing, even a few hours, they feel the benefits almost immediately. More breathing room. More clarity. More capacity to grow their business in a way that feels sustainable.
