A few days cpd in Cornwall. Cpd is a vital part of any professional working person’s armoury. Proving you are current with your chosen area of expertise in knowledge, tasks and breadth of cpd is something we should be conscious of and strive to satisfy. Beware the assessor, teacher or trainer who has little or no current knowledge. Handouts and resources should be updated regularly with up to date facts, information and not be ‘many times photocopied!

So, working from home is a good thing. Writing quality assurance reports in the comfort of a home office is a much more relaxed affair than adding to online documents, with the chance of losing them if the internet drops out. Giving detailed feedback to TAQA Assessment and IQA learners, much of the business I do these days, is easier to formulate in a quieter atmosphere. There are some free dates coming up for either training or IQA work if any organisation requires my services.
