You don’t always need to own a property to build a property business. 🏠 One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking you need a huge deposit, a mortgage and years of experience before you can get started. There are other strategies worth understanding.

The key is knowing how to:

→ Find the right property
→ Understand the demand
→ Build a deal that works for both sides
→ Run the numbers properly
→ Manage the risks
→ And only scale when the numbers make sense.

It’s not “easy money.”
It’s not “guaranteed income.”

It’s a business model and like any business, the numbers have to work.
