When Linda first spoke to YES Energy Solutions, things were already difficult.
Linda lives alone and is currently unable to work due to a health condition. That meant she was at home more, using energy throughout the day, while relying on benefits to get by.

Like many people in that situation, she was trying to keep her home warm and live normally, but without a clear idea of what was costing her the most and how to manage it. Last week we had two out of three of our new Mobile Advice Centre (MAC) teams out in the community providing much needed support and advice to residents.


Ben and Nick visited the Salvation Army Citadel in Kettering hosting a tabletop event, and James and Mark were at Sunshine House Community Hub in Wigan. Both teams are able to support residents with advice on ways to reduce energy bills and save money, keep their homes and themselves warm and can refer to further support organisations. We are here to help and can talk to anybody.


The teams are excited to be out and speaking with the public. The teams cover North West England, East Anglia and East Midlands.
