Refresh your memory….

“What’s the process for booking in?” A question I often receive. Here’s the process from start to finish.

In Advance: 📅

- Provide your dates, do you need one or two visits a day ?
- Update me with care requirements for your cat/s, indoor/outdoor, vets details, any specific information such as medical notes.
- I will save your dates, and require a deposit in order to secure it in my diary.
The deposit is non refundable, unless I have to cancel for any exceptional circumstances.
✅ Booking is confirmed.

- I will then arrange a meet and greet to collect a key, meet yourself and your feline friend! This gives me an opportunity to learn about your kitty and meet them face to face, understand their lifestyle and care in detail.
(I will aim for this to be a week before the trip.)
Pop the kettle on! ☕️

Directly Before the Trip: ✍️

- Feel free to write out any notes such as emergency contact details, vet details and feeding requirements.
- Please ensure you have left out ample food and litter for the duration of the booking.
- Leave out any cleaning supplies

During: 🐈‍⬛🏡

- I will replenish food/water, play/ cuddle your cat.
- prepare yourself for the cutest photos and regular updates! 📱
- I will tend to any litter trays.
- Follow the instructions you have provided.
- Pick up any mail/ parcels.
- Water plants 🪴 (at your request)

After: ⭐️
