Got a call explaining that their dish had moved in the wind. Turns out the whole rig had come down and was being held up by a strong determined piece of coax cable!
Took it all down and moved the aerial to the brick part of the house to create a better fixing and moved the dish to the rear side of the house to avoid it being seen and ran new cables for both.
