Whether you’re looking for a fresh perspective, guidance on your next steps or someone experienced to bounce ideas off, having the right person in your corner can make all the difference.

🤝 Looking for a mentor? Connect with an experienced professional who can help you navigate challenges, explore opportunities and grow with confidence.

💡 Interested in becoming a mentor? Share your knowledge, experience and lessons learnt to help another local business thrive.

And the best part? You don’t have to be a THC member to apply, thanks to our partnership with Harpenden Town Council.

We’re passionate about bringing our local business community together, sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed.

Business mentoring is back 💛

Running a business can mean making a lot of decisions on your own but you don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Our Business Mentoring Programme, in partnership with Harpenden Town Council , connects those looking for guidance and a fresh perspective with experienced professionals who have knowledge, lessons and experience to share.

Whether you’re looking to grow, work through a challenge, gain clarity on what’s next or you’re in a position to help someone else do exactly that, this could be for you.

We’ll be looking for both mentors and mentees to be part of the next programme.

Because business really is better when we learn from each other 🤝

A successful career. A busy life. A family. A routine you’ve spent years building.

And yet, somewhere along the way, you can find yourself thinking… is this still what I want?

That feeling doesn’t necessarily mean everything needs to change. Sometimes it simply means it’s time to stop, take stock and work out what matters to you now.

That’s the conversation we’ll be having at our upcoming Midlife Momentum event with Laura Wong.

Laura Wong, a Midlife Pivot Executive Coach, will explore why so many capable women reach this stage of life and begin to feel flat, restless or simply not quite themselves, even when everything looks fine from the outside.

A morning to reflect, understand what might be going on beneath the surface and start thinking about what you want the next stage to look like.
