Yesterday, we brought the UK team together for a fantastic staff social that celebrated not just hard work, but also wellbeing, connection, and a bit of island flavour!

With delicious Jamaican food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of laughs, the event gave us all a chance to unwind, catch up across departments, and reinforce the strong sense of community we’re proud of at Plowman Craven.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped organise and attended, here’s to more moments that bring us together, boost wellbeing, and make work a little more joyful!

Today is the International Day of Happiness, and we’re celebrating not just joy in the workplace but also the incredible achievements of our team members outside of work!

A huge congratulations to our Head of Finance, Nigel Appleton, who recently swapped spreadsheets for sequins to take part in a local " Hitchin Come Dancing" charity event!

With fancy footwork and plenty of determination, Nigel helped raise funds for Garden House Hospice, a great cause, while spreading happiness through dance.

At Plowman Craven, we love seeing our employees pursue their passions and give back to the community - it’s moments like these that bring us all together and it was great to support him with his fundraising efforts.
