Clarity doesnât come from trying harder or pushing through. It comes from reducing what your brain is being asked to hold at once.
Too many tabs (mental and digital).
Too many half-started tasks.
Too many âjust one more thingsâ.
When you simplify - fewer priorities, fewer switches, fewer decisions - your brain settles. And when it settles, work suddenly feels⌠easier.
Not effortless. Just calmer. And thatâs usually when things actually get finished.
