⚡ PREMIUM ENERGY SYSTEMS WITHOUT THE PREMIUM PRICE TAG ⚡

At RS ELECTRIX LTD, we believe we’re one of Yorkshire’s leading contractors for the design and installation of bespoke solar PV, battery storage and EV charging systems.

This recent installation combines:

🔋 Fogstar Eco 16kWh battery storage
⚡ Sunsynk hybrid inverter
🚗 Hypervolt EV charger
🏠 AC-coupled battery system designed specifically around the customer’s requirements

On this particular installation, the customer also requested a Hypervolt EV charger. The system was correctly designed and configured to prevent EV charging from unintentionally discharging the newly installed Fogstar battery.

For customers working to a tighter budget, the combination of Fogstar, Sunsynk and Home Assistant can create an extremely capable home energy management system.

With the correct design and integration, these systems can offer many of the advanced features associated with more expensive systems such as Tesla Powerwall and Sigenergy SigenStor, including:

⚡ Intelligent charge and discharge scheduling
🌦️ Weather and solar forecasting
💷 Charging when electricity is cheap
📈 Exporting when electricity prices are higher
🔋 Optimising battery usage to improve payback
🏠 Advanced automation through Home Assistant

In some cases, this setup can offer even greater flexibility while keeping the initial investment considerably lower.

This particular installation is currently configured as an AC-coupled battery system, but we’ve designed it with the future in mind. Additional solar PV, wind generation or other renewable generation can be incorporated further down the line.

At RS ELECTRIX LTD, we don’t simply fit equipment to the wall. We design the complete system around the property, the customer’s requirements and how they actually intend to use their energy.

☀️ Solar PV
🔋 Battery-only installations
🚗 EV charging
🏠 Domestic systems
🏢 Commercial systems
⚡ On-grid & off-grid systems
🔧 Bespoke energy management

📍 If you’re based in Yorkshire and looking for expert advice and a high-quality installation, you know who to call.

☀️ 36 Ground Mounted Solar Panels + Tesla Powerwall Installation ⚡

Another fantastic renewable energy installation completed by RS ELECTRIX LTD.

This project features 36 high-performance Aiko bi facial ground-mounted solar panels paired with a Tesla Powerwall battery storage system, giving the homeowner greater energy independence, lower electricity bills, and reliable backup power when it’s needed most.

We originally designed and installed this system last year and this great returning customer has now maximised his energy storage potential by adding a further 2 expansion packs! Running a fully electric home requires a fair amount of power and storage capacity. This system delivers huge cost savings by building credit up in the summer months and giving this customer the ability to charge up cheaply overnight to run the house on battery power in the winter months when solar generation is low.

🔋 Project Highlights:
• 36-panel ground-mounted solar PV array
• Tesla Powerwall battery storage
• Clean, tidy installation with attention to every detail
• Designed to maximise self-consumption and reduce reliance on the grid

At RS ELECTRIX LTD, we take pride in delivering premium installations using industry-leading equipment, ensuring every system is built to the highest standards.

Another quality solar pv / battery storage install completed by RS ELECTRIX LTD ✅
This installation was carried out on a stunning property in Weeton, near harrogate 👌
🔋 System Overview:
• 9.975kW Solar PV system
• High-efficiency Aiko Solar panels
• Sigenergy 8kW inverter
• Sigenergy backup gateway
• 20kWh battery storage
⚡ Installation Details:
We carried out a full strip and re-install on a Yorkshire stone slate roof using the GSE in-roof system, giving a clean, seamless finish in keeping with the property. We find on yorkshire stone roofs this is the best way to go due to the thickness of the slates making other systems not compatible. The garage array was installed using an on-roof mounting system.
Additional works included a new sub-main to the garage to supply the inverter, along with integration of the immersion heater via the Sigenergy smart load port — maximising self-consumption and overall system efficiency.
💡 Designed, installed, and commissioned by RS ELECTRIX LTD
⚡ Clean install. Smart energy. Future-ready.
