James is currently enjoying some well-earned annual leave, which is probably the safest place for him to be when the rest of us are in the office thinking of new ways to spend money! ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿคฃ

Visiting at a quieter time, bringing headphones, knowing where the exit is or having the option to leave can make a real difference.

What feels like a quick or easy decision to one person may not feel that way to someone else. Good support means giving people genuine choices, allowing enough time to process and decide, and respecting the answer they give.

Communication may look different for everyone, but every person has the right to be heard and involved in decisions about their own life.
