🔍 Clearly State the Role Involves Working with Children: Be upfront about the nature of the role, emphasising that it involves direct care and support for young children.

🛡️ Include a Commitment to Safeguarding: Add a statement like, "We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment."

📋 Mention DBS Checks and References: Make it clear that the role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. This helps ensure that only suitable candidates apply.

This is about describing the perfect candidate. List the essential and desirable qualifications, skills, and experience needed for the role.
