Bank Holiday morning and a peaceful start at Spa Bottom Farm. But just a little bit later there was quite a different scene as the machine and team arrived to clean and dress this year’s seed. It was an impressive sight, and a very impressive machine, and work didn’t stop until all the seed we’re going to be planting this year had been dressed and stored safely in the Grain Store.

In our 180th Anniversary Year, we’ve set up a JustGiving page to support the club’s future growth and development, both on and off the field.

Just love this picture of the Haggs Farm Business Park. We were looking at the tree planting in the fields opposite, and were very encouraged to see lots of lovely green tops poking above the tree guards despite the hot summer months, when I realised what a lovely view of Haggs Farm we had. It’s a business park, with all of the services a business needs, but still looks like a farm surrounded by lovely countryside, farmland, and fresh air! You’re always welcome to come and have a look round.
