Delivery dates are released at random on my page from time to time, so be sure to book ASAP once released as there will be limited bookings taken. Order via PM

The Menu will be constantly adapting, I use traditional techniques with my own creative take on ingredients and flavours. i use only the best quality imported japanese produce for my rice, nori, rice vinegar and soy. Provide for Vegan diets and Gluten free, any other requirements feel free to communicate with me :)

There is no Raw fish on the current menu but that will be introduced soon. If you would like me to host a pop up event in your establishment or would like too arrange a large order for a party, provided dates can be made, do feel free to PM
