This old and tired Potterton Suprima boiler was decades old and way past its sell by date!

These were great boilers when they were new, but as time has passed by, parts are now becoming difficult to get hold of and are beyond economical repair. 💰

We gave the customer a couple of options and discussed which one would suit them best. They settled on this Worcester Bosch GR2000 which has built in energy saving functions and a warranty that means they will not have to worry about this boiler for years to come providing it is serviced every year.

We were able to get to the job on the same day and carried out a few checks.

It looked like it was going to need an expensive part, however after a second look from the Top Boiler Medic, we found that it was a cheap £6 air vent that was leaking instead.

The boiler was dried up, tested and all safety checks were carried out. One happy customer!
