Boiler repair after a service 😩
On Tuesday we attended this very easy callout to a boiler in Hartlepool that had stopped working for Heating & Hot water.
A 'trap' (Similar to what you find under your kitchen sink) had blocked up with debris from inside the boiler. This is very normal by the way and is something that is cleaned on a Yearly boiler service.
The customer had done the right thing and had the boiler serviced last Thursday 😩 but an engineer from another local company had not done this task, resulting in no heating or hot water.
A quick clean later, boiler serviced again to make sure everything else was okay, and the customer was back up and running!
