We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer for our office in Hartlepool,

Duties will include;

- Adding candidates & CVs to the system
- Completing first stage interviews with candidates and passing details to the consultant
- Providing candidates with details of job roles
- Taking copies of ID & relevant tickets/qualifications
- Keeping the system up to date
- Making outbound calls
- General administration duties

Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm
Company laptop & mobile phone will be provided
Driving licence preferred but not essential
Salary depending on experience

Applications are now OPEN for year two of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer 🙌

The programme is helping young people aged 18 to 21 across Tees Valley take their next step into education, training or work 📝

Every young person who takes part will be guaranteed a one-to-one meeting with a dedicated local Key Worker, with support including careers advice, job searching, confidence building and training opportunities.

Young people may also be offered a paid work placement of up to five months with a local employer to gain skills, experience and a route into a career 💼

Business looking to get involved will see wages fully subsidised for up to 25 hours per week 💳

📅The next Street Food Carousel takes place tomorrow (Saturday 22 August) and we look forward to seeing you there.

⏰📍It follows the success of the first event held on 1 August. Running from 4-8pm, it will again be based in Church Square but it will also embrace businesses in Scarborough Street which will be closed to traffic (traders in Scarborough Street on until 9pm). Come along and join in the fun.
