So this week no fewer than 27 nominees are going to be inspiring us in group after their fellow members decided they were worthy of a nominatoion for our competittion.
If there was ever a week to come to group it'd be this one. if you'vve missed a week or two, a month or two or even a year know you're very welcome back with open arms and zero judgement ❤️

It’s the Woman of the Year 2022 finals ❤ where you’ll vote for a slimspirational lady who, because of her incredible weight loss, is bubbling with confidence, passionate about Food Optimising, loves the group and inspires everyone on their journey to a slimmer, happier future 👏!

Are you waiting until the countdown to Christmas begins?

Here’s the thing…there is no PAUSE button when it comes to weight gain.

We may decide that the weather is too glorious to worry about our weight loss journey over the summer or we may decide we’re simply too busy with all things summery.

We may also go a step further and decide that that is enough to stop us from going to group for now too.

And that’s absolutely our choice to make.

Which is fine…as long as we remember that, during those weeks, our weight WILL STILL CHANGE.

We may have taken “a break” but we have not pressed PAUSE. The damage will still be done and when that break is over we may be left wishing we had a REWIND or FAST FORWARD button too!

And that damage is often enough to make us feel so bad that we press the STOP button and end our weight loss journey completely.

So however tempting it is to hit that PAUSE button in our heads over the summer let’s imagine how much better we'll feel if we stay focused on the PLAY button instead – even if we have to keep our finger pressed down on it for a while until it becomes a little easier for us!

You might be feeling like oh god it's too hot to eat properly, but knowing that even half a stone can make a huge difference in the heat, don't convince yourself it isn't worth it. Groups are all running as normal with lots of fans and windows and doors open and cold drinks on hand ❤️

Can anyone please help my page has no check in option, I've tried every which way to fix it, it just doesn't even show up when I try and find it, and I'm trying to remove the duplicated check ins others have created as they don't link to my page, it won't let me add the url to say it's the same venue as my page.... Is anyone able to help?
