COVID UPDATE - We are open!
We will continue to fulfil orders as normal and proceed with our current delivery services and schedules. This is subject to local customer demand and will be monitored regularly.
In addition to this we will also be running a Customer Collection Service to help both ourselves and our customers move forward throughout this lockdown.

COVID-19 Update from the Carpet Foundation :

"A second national lockdown begins at 00.01 on Thursday 5th November and runs until 2nd December. In line with the latest Government guidelines, all non-essential shops, which includes carpet and flooring shops, must close their retail premises from Thursday.

While shop doors are closed, deliveries will continue from manufacturers and fitting can go-ahead – subject to social distancing measures and the consumer’s consent.

You are also still allowed to undertake measures and provide samples to consumers as well as taking orders and enquiries over the phone, via Zoom, FaceTime or on email.

While only ‘virtual’ doors are open we are confident that the personal service, expertise and skill of our retailers will shine through in these testing times.

Stay safe and well and we’ll get through this together.

Please note that these regulations apply to England. Separate regulations apply to Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and in these areas, retailers should consult with their Local Authority"

Thomas Witter will remain open with deliveries as usual during lockdown. Just as important, we will continue to receive goods from our manufacturing plants and other suppliers.
Installations in residential settings are still allowed in a COVID secure manner and as such we believe the majority of retailers will want to fulfil their order books and we will continue to supply this demand.

We're Open!
As the Government relaxes the lockdown guidelines, we have been taking every precaution to ensure our team and those we work alongside are safe and healthy as we transition back to work.

We’ve created new processes and issued our teams with the necessary PPE and guidelines to help us start fulfilling orders again. See our website for more info.
