๐ŸŽญ Freelance Creative Support
๐ŸŽฌ 25+yrs experience in Admin & Office Management
๐ŸŽจ All-in-one admin, on-set, & event support for creative professionals
๐Ÿช„ Empowering your creativity and always one step ahead I specialise in helping creatives, freelancers, and businesses in the arts & entertainment sector by taking care of the essential tasks that often disrupt the creative process. My mission is simp

le: to lighten your load so you can focus on what you do best - creating. Whether you need someone to manage day-to-day administrative tasks like sorting emails, chasing payments, & organising files, or to provide hands-on support such as sourcing props, assisting on set, or even arranging catering, Iโ€™m here to ensure those tasks are handled efficiently. By partnering with me, you gain the freedom to concentrate on your art, knowing that the operational side is in safe hands. With over 25 years of experience in administration and office management, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a unique skill set tailored to the creative industry. Iโ€™m passionate about theatre, music, film & dance and this passion fuels my desire to support the sector. My career has spanned various roles, from high-level administrative support to hands-on production assistance, giving me a broad perspective and a versatile approach to problem-solving. Iโ€™ve thrived in fast-paced environments, from the high-pressure corridors of County Council administration, where I spent 18 years managing teams and delivering efficient systems/processes, to the dynamic world of indie filmmaking. Following a redundancy in 2022, I embraced a Production Coordinator role on a low-budget indie film in Hastings, where I supported key crew members with everything from sourcing props to managing daily logistics for a 19-member team. This experience, combined with a specialised course on 'Freelancing in the Creative Arts,' solidified my commitment to this industry and refined my business approach. I pride myself on being both professional and approachable, with a methodical, highly organised work style that consistently leads to successful outcomes. My strong listening skills, attention to detail, and calm demeanour are assets I bring to every project, helping to reduce stress and increase efficiency for those I work with. Operating from a fully equipped home office and with reliable transport, Iโ€™m ready to support your creative projects remotely or on-site, bringing the same level of dedication and expertise to every task. Partner with us today & watch your to-do list disappear, unleashing valuable time & you back to doing what you love, being creative with a capital C!

๐ŸŒ Hi De Hi Everyone ๐ŸŒธ Wowee, what a busy time it has been from film shoots & sourcing props to venue mailouts / tour documents, from researching pricing structures to setting up new processes, from processing orders to maintaining accounts, and everything inbetween ๐ŸŽฏ

It amazes me how my clients manage everything before calling on Admin To The Arts, and then once they have that extra support, what a great team we make and I love to see how projects evolve, ideas come to light and bit by bit what was once causing a headache becomes a completed stress free task! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

So I think its time to say a big ๐ŸŽ‰ WELL DONE ๐ŸŽ‰ to all the creatives who deliver their chosen artform whilst juggling a mountain of tasks, trying to keep on top of marketing and running a business, cos it is no mean feat! ๐Ÿ‘

As hard as it can be at times to be on top of everything, meet deadlines and be present for our clients and customers, I always come back to the same thinking: I'm doing what I love, supporting creatives to do what they love and I just couldn't imagine not doing it now ๐Ÿ’ซ

So a very happy weekend to you all, there may not be much rest for the wicked but there is always support from eachother and the wider community so raise a glass and give yourself a pat on the back, that's exactly what I'm doing this eve as I wind down ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿท

These two are helping me too, the adorably chilled Catman (ginger tom) & Robyn having a a little holiday with me whilst their current fosterers have some building works done ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿˆโ€โฌ›

This time next week, our fundraising campaign will have succeeded or failed. If it's the latter, we don't get any of the money and the film won't be made. It's that simple.

If it's the former.... WOOHOO... we'll be dusting off the clapper board and sending out the lovely rewards you've all pledged for.

We're only about ยฃ1000 short. Can we do it?

Rewards below. You can watch, you can wear, you can own, you can be in it!
