What have my bees been feeding on ?
Every year I send samples of my honey, which I take directly from the comb, to the National Honey Monitoring Scheme. The NHMS analyse the pollen in my honey by using DNA sequencing. Here are my results from 2022. For more information see https://honey-monitoring.ac.uk/
