I have been a client of Sapphire Care for some time. Everyone is amazing and when my needs changed they were quick to get everything sorted and set up. It took so much worry away from me. The carers are absolutely wonderful and are always so happy and positive and so caring. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they certainly do go above and beyond for me and my husband. It's like having friends visiting every day. I can not be more thankful and grateful for the wonderful care I receive.

The care package provided by Sapphire Home Care is enabling my Aunt to continue living in her own home in accordance with her wishes.
A small friendly team of excellent carers help prepare meals of my Aunt's choice, administer medication accurately, do housework to a high standard and are on hand to assist with personal care if ever needed.
Attention to detail and a desire to get every detail right for my Aunt is always paramount. For example, asking what shape to cut her sandwiches.
Communication with the company is really good seven days a week. Queries are always answered promptly in a professional and knowledgeable way including any medical concerns.
Enquiries have been made about my Aunt when there have been medical issues including from a carer on their day off.
My Aunt has been delighted with Christmas, Easter and birthday gifts and cards from the company. She likes all of the carers and talks about them fondly.
I have recommended Sapphire Home Care to others and will continue to do so. My Aunt and I are grateful for all that they do.
