As the lockdown measures are being relaxed and shops are starting to reopen I am writing to update you on my plans regarding our shop in St Andrew's Shopping Mews, Hastings.
HastingsDesigner has been a part of the local community for almost a decade and will definitely continue to do so in the future. However I have made a decision not to reopen the shop for walk-in customers for the time being. This will allow to maintain a safe and productive environment going forward.
Over the years I have learnt a lot about how our clients and customers want to shop with HastingsDesigner and use our services. I feel this is the right time for a transition to being a better and more efficient business.
New online shop functionality on our website will make it easier than ever to get prices for new products, order a print you need or reorder something you already had printed. It is almost ready and expected to go live very soon. Meanwhile if you would like to order or just have a question get in touch via email: [email protected].
The option to visit HastingsDesigner shop and see print samples is still going to be there. If you would like a meeting in person to discuss your order it will be just a matter of agreeing on the date and time beforehand.
I will keep listening to your feedback and make adjustments to the new ways to order from HastingsDesigner - a business you trusted all these years. Your positive experience is my goal.
