Yes people! We are finally able to fully crack on with this project now after initially finding some nasty rotten timbers on the original exterior walls 😅

Now after several meetings with building control, structural engineer and the Architect we have found a way forward to continue with the project. Good communication is absolutely key with a project like this, and making sure every element of the works is approached a pragmatic way.

Anyways…….onto the fun stuff now, although we are suffering slightly with this heatwave 😎🥵🤣

Great progress has been made so far on our extension over in Brede! 🥴 the first floor timber structure will be fully completed and felt & battened ready for tiling and cladding new week!

Also next week we will be installing the new underfloor heating and first fix electrical works 🙌

Here is a full house renovation we completed back in March!

It’s now ready to be let out as a fantastic 3 bed family home, the Claystone team carried out pretty much everything you can think of 😅 new 3 layer felt flat roof coverings, rendering works, outside decorations, full re-wire, new boiler and bathroom suite fitted, new kitchen, plastering throughout and damp proof works, all new floor coverings and internal decorations 🥴

We couldn’t be happier with how stunning this new entrance path turned out 😍😍😍

It’s so refreshing when you get a great customer who wants to go the extra mile and have something that truly stands out and is in keeping with the period property.

This was genuinely a really nice job to complete for a returning client and we enjoyed every minute of it 💯☺️

JUST WOW 😮!!!

The team have done an absolutely incredible job over in Bexhill on this downstairs renovation / garage conversion.

The works : Garage converted into a beautiful future playroom, walls knocked down and some built to create a larger separate kitchen with new double patio doors, a stunning new lounge with new fireplace, boiler position moved, new electrical works including all new outside lights, new downstairs shower room / utility area and decorated throughout 😍

Here is a small garage conversion we completed a few months back before Christmas! We have created a absolutely stunning nail salon so the client can now work from home 🫡 we love the use of colour and mirrors to create a larger feel to the room, the clients had a real eye for detail and knew exactly what they wanted, and we delivered 🙌

We are now in full swing on phase 2 starting the west wing of the house! This will comprise of all new underfloor heating, 2 new bathrooms and 4 bedrooms to fully renovate from back to bare brick 🫡 stay tuned 🙌
