This year we will soon be celebrating our 30th birthday as Doxbond. Peter Allan started the business in 1992, and we have been very busy storing, managing and destroying archives ever since. This year to celebrate our birthday, we will be running competitions every 2 months for our customers and followers, keep up to date by looking out for our newsletters and posts on facebook and twitter.

ISO 9001 Audit -On Tuesday we had our yearly ISO inspection, our team & especially our Admin manager Rowan have put a tremendous amount of work into keeping up the standards and striving to keep improving the business which is what ISO 9001 is all about.
I'm happy to say we received a clean bill of health again, so well done to everyone.
The work never ends as we need to show continuous improvement in our service to customers.
But that is a good thing, the more we improve, services, processes and customer experience the better for everyone.
We may not be externally audited again for another year but we never can or should rest on our laurels.

Doxbond Document Management Tip 2 - Keeping accurate index records when you archive your files, makes it easier to retrieve them when you need them again. A little time spent now can save far more time in the future. Doxbond offer a full indexing service if required.
