Are you ready to get fitter, stronger, and more confident?

We're opening up just 5 places for men who want to:

🥊 Learn practical self-defence💪 Improve fitness and strength🧠 De-stress after a long day🔥 Build confidence and mental toughness👊 Train with a great group of like-minded men

📍 William Gregg Leisure Centre🗓️ Tuesdays⏰ 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM

No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome.

This isn't a packed commercial gym where you're just another number. Places are intentionally limited so every student gets coaching, feedback, and support.

Only 5 spots are available.

Once they're filled, registration will close.
