“Hi Brad,

Just wanted to drop you a quick email from todays MH handovers, Today I’ve handed over plots 798 – 805 and they are now moving in as we speak.

Today I’ve had Liz with me to help with the smooth HO to the client overall there was very little that was needed to do which is great.

What I do want to mention, is Liz and how good she is, I’ve watched her today with the client and she really is a credit to your business, so much so the client kept reminding me (Several thousand times in fact) she has such a great relationship with the client and is at ease around them, she is always so friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble, again I just stand back and she deals with the client and things just happen, She is polite and she gets on really well with them and I see them laughing a joking and talking and its honestly great to see.

She also attends the HO feedback meeting with myself (at the client’s request) and confirms what items have been closed out so I can have the plots signed off.

She makes my life easier and is a pleasure to work with! And again the MH clients love her!!!!! And ask for her”

We are pleased to announce the commencement of the painting and decorating works at 125 Colmore Row for

has outlined a list of designs for its home at 125 Colmore Row which include new fitness and event spaces, a café with workstations and collaboration spaces.

125 Colmore Row comprises 150,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation spread across nine storeys and also has 66 basement car parking spaces

After successfully handing over two recent projects for Overbury in Oxfordshire and Derbyshire it’s nice to be working on yet another flagship site for our customer.

New Project Underway...

We are pleased to announce we have been awarded The Northminster development for Willmott Dixon, which includes the painting and decorating package of 315 units consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and 37 townhouses.

Myself and Décorer Ltd team are looking forward to working with many familiar faces from the PBRS project we completed back in 2022 and can't wait to deliver another great project.
