Little bit of personal news. I’ve been really enjoying my cooking lately so I have rejoined Thermomix as an advisor! Made this incredible dish in 30 mins the other day - Chicken in Greek Yoghurt and it was delicious.

In honour of my friend Andi Ireland, I tried my hand at a curry. I’m not the biggest fan of curry but this was a triumph. And at less than £1.70 a portion you’ll never look at a takeaway again!!! Soups and Risottos are so simple in the Thermomix TM6 as it does all the work for you! This Chicken, Bacon and Asparagus Risotto was done in less than 30 minutes and is absolutely delicious! Would be even better with Spilman Farming asparagus!
