We're on a mission to ease the stress and workload of our global clients, whether that's helping a busy entrepreneur to achieve life-changing goals or assisting a superyacht with its day-to-day operation. We know that our team are the key to us achieving this, which is why our Company culture is about getting the job done, helping each other out and having fun in the process.
We believe that everyone on our team should grow as our company grows. We do that by encouraging input in how we drive our business forward, as well as supporting constant learning and development; trusting and empowering them to make big decisions every day.
We want to find incredible people and help them achieve their best through career progression and personal development. Are you looking for a work environment where you can enjoy real responsibility, contribute your ideas and directly help to shape the future?
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Executive Administrator you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, establishing their needs and helping them to discover the benefits of using our administration services. You'll be capable of quickly earning their trust by ensuring they have more time to focus on their priorities whilst you take care of their to-do lists, solving any challenges that crop up.
It will help if you've previously had experience working as an administrator or personal assistant, and you’ll especially like this role if you're a natural multi-tasker who enjoys interacting with new people every day. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks such as travel planning, diary management, answering calls and managing emails on a daily basis. In addition there will be opportunities for enhancing your skills in project management, book-keeping, web design or social media marketing to name a few. Each client has a different set of requirements, so you can be sure that no two days will be the same.

KEY ASPECTS
- Resilience

- Confidentiality
Data protection and the confidentiality of all information relating to our clients is imperative. All work is of a confidential nature and information gained must not be communicated to other persons except in the recognised course of duty.
