The team meetings are looking a little different! 😺

As a precautionary measure and in an effort to protect our team, as well as to ensure there are no disruptions to the work we do for you, we have made the decision to relocate our office to our homes as of today, Wednesday 18th March.

We are taking each day as it comes and keeping a watchful eye on the news and updates as they are released, so it's difficult to estimate how long this measure will need to be in place, but our company set-up means we can work from anywhere.

What you can expect from us:
• You will be able to contact us as normal, including via our main phone lines.
• Our office hours will remain the same, 9:00am - 5:30pm, and we kindly ask for your understanding while our team find a balance for their daily routine and the challenges that enforced isolation may pose, so you may receive one or two emails from us a little outside of our normal working hours.
• We have fully equipped our team to ensure continuity of service and maintain our high levels of confidentiality.

These are uncertain times for us all, so if you have any queries or concerns with regards to your own situation, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

As an Executive Administrator you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, establishing their needs and helping them to discover the benefits of using our administration services. You'll be capable of quickly earning their trust by ensuring they have more time to focus on their priorities whilst you take care of their to-do lists, solving any challenges that crop up.

It will help if you've previously had experience working as an administrator or personal assistant, and you’ll especially like this role if you're a natural multi-tasker who enjoys interacting with new people every day. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks such as travel planning, diary management, answering calls and managing emails on a daily basis. In addition there will be opportunities for enhancing your skills in project management, book-keeping, web design or social media marketing to name a few. Each client has a different set of requirements, so you can be sure that no two days will be the same.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU

- Relationship building with our clients and the people they work with
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Google Suite such as Gmail and Google Drive
- Sensitivity towards client needs
- Desire to learn new skills and solve problems
- Good organisation skills, self-driven and dependable
- Book-keeping skills are a plus but not essential

Keeping a cool head and knowing how to organise your priorities is key as at times the job can be stressful, especially when deadlines are looming for several clients all at the same time.

- Professional Conduct

Our clients place their trust in us to handle their private and business matters in a timely and professional manner every day.

- Confidentiality

Data protection and the confidentiality of all information relating to our clients is imperative. All work is of a confidential nature and information gained must not be communicated to other persons except in the recognised course of duty.

- Flexibility

It is envisaged that you will be required to work 40 hours per week over 5 days. Wherever possible we try to maintain a planned schedule so our clients know when their team is available.
