This is the first time in 21 years as a BNI member I'm asking for your support please - I am taking part in the Strong Woman Challenge 💪 for the month of October for the British Heart Foundation, in memory of my Dad. My goal is to lift some weights every day, walk 20 minutes a day, go to the gym twice a week and to lose 1 stone. This may not sound much, however, after over 18 months of struggling with a knee injury, setting off osteo arthritis, believe me when I say this is a challenge.
