BSML secured a new national FM contract with Frasers Group at the close of last year, and we’re now fully mobilised and delivering services across an incredibly diverse range of brands.
Our services include:
Regular Planned onsite Maintenance Operative visit - Ensuring sites are maintained to a high standard.
General & Compliance PPMs – Including Water Compliance, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguisher inspections.
Reactive Maintenance Call-Outs – Including onsite attendance within 1 – 2 Hours for Emergencies.
Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Works – Including Passive Fire Stopping, Fire Door Remedials and Fire Door replacements.
Small and Large Project Works – HVAC, Electrical, Building amongst other services.
Supporting a portfolio covering sports, luxury and lifestyles brands such as Sports Direct, Flannels, Everlast Gyms, House of Fraser and other leading retail and leisure brands.
To underpin this growth, we’ve launched our new Goole office, with a dedicated team managing contract delivery nationwide. This strengthens our operational footprint and enhances our ability to deliver responsive, compliance-led FM solutions at scale.
