WE’RE HIRING | FM SCHEDULER 📢
We’re looking for an organised and proactive FM Scheduler to join our growing Facilities Management team at BSML on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
📍 Location: Based across our Hemel Hempstead & Luton offices
💷 Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
📅 Contract: 12-month Fixed Term
Working as part of our busy FM team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and scheduling works across a number of our client contracts.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Scheduling and coordinating reactive maintenance works
• Planning remedial works identified through PPM visits
• Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and clients
• Monitoring jobs from initial instruction through to completion
• Ensuring works are scheduled efficiently within agreed SLAs
• Keeping clients updated and maintaining accurate job records
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with different teams and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within Facilities Management, scheduling, maintenance or a helpdesk environment would be advantageous.
