Please contact via email/msg with any questions Yoga is not only the practice of stretching and strengthening your body, making it stronger but also of mind, body, breath, spirit and heart, leading to optimum health. With regular practice you will understand your body internally as well as externally. You will learn how to quieten the mind through breath, focus, meditation and relaxation; to slow

the mind down so that you are in control of your thoughts rather than your thoughts in control of you. Yoga teaches acceptance. All you have to do is be open to the healing benefits physically and mentally of a regular yoga practice. We also offer Reiki and Sound Therapy to either compliment your yoga practice or as a stand alone offering.

All the en suites rooms for our Spring retreat are now sold out. We have 2 beautiful rooms still available that share an amazing bathroom. As the bathroom is shared the exchange is £550 pp for the 3 days.
Riversdale Lodge is a short drive from Hertfordshire so, if youre local you have the option for a day retreat if that suits you better.
