A façade should do more than attract attention. It should communicate.

For , the challenge was to create a concept that clearly tells the customer who they are, what they offer, where they sit in the market, and why they matter, all in a single moment.

The most effective retail communication reflects real life, not industry jargon.
At , traditional horticultural labelling was set aside in favour of simple, style-led advice. The result is clearer navigation, stronger engagement and a tone of voice that aligns with the centre’s accessible, fashion-led positioning.
