A little personal and work update from me..

I’m heading off on maternity leave and am looking forward to taking some time out with my growing family and enjoying this next chapter. 🤍

Before I do, I wanted to share a project I’ve really enjoyed over the past few months.

I’ve been working with one of my lovely long term clients on growing their DTC sales from improving the website and content, to email marketing and looking at the overall customer journey.

It’s been great to see the results so far:

~Sales up 266% year-on-year
~Average order value up 7.7%
~Email open rates up from around 25% to consistently 50%+

It’s been really enjoyable and has definitely reminded me how much I enjoy this side of things.

I recently worked for this wonderful client Velluto Gelato on a short term contract and receiving lovely feedback like this really means so much!

My role was to help develop their wholesale strategy, putting the right systems, processes and customer pipeline in place to support their long-term growth.

It was such a pleasure to support your wholesale journey, and I’m looking forward to watching your business continue to grow as you have such a fantastic product.

Hopefully our paths will cross again once I’m back off maternity leave. 🤍

It’s currently **eWeek and I’m so proud to work with the brilliant team who produce award-winning w**es here in Herefordshire.

Over the past few years it’s been so lovely to be a part of this evolving business and to be in a role where I can help shape their brand too.

I oversee sales across both on and off-trade for them but more recently have been developing DTC sales, improving their website and am responsible for their email marketing strategy.

The last few weeks have been even more exciting as our Rondo, a delicious English red w**e has won Silver at IWSC - International W**e & Spirit Competition .iewa and **egb which is incredibly exciting and a fantastic reward for all that goes on behind the scenes.

English w**e has come such a long way in recent years and the quality now being produced across the country is incredible. At Radlow Hundred, we’re proud to be part of that evolution and to play a part in redefining what English red w**e can be.

For many years, English w**e was almost exclusively associated with sparkling w**e, but that’s changing. Our recent awards show the exciting potential of English red w**e and what can be achieved from vineyards here in Herefordshire.

Tilly Morgan - Sales Manager for sister company,

🍎 What does a typical workday look like?
It involves a mix of business development, account management and direct to consumer sales.

I'm also responsible for e-mail marketing and brand development through trade shows, events, and entries in a range of English w**e awards. Additionally, I'm starting the process of enhancing our Radlow Hundred website - always lots going on, which I love!

🍎 Tea or coffee to kickstart the morning?
Tea every time, I don't actually drink coffee unless it's an Espresso Martini!

🍎 Best season of the year and why?
Spring, I just love seeing everything come into bloom.

🍎 Favourite place to eat locally and why?
I love and . Every time I have been to either place, the food and service have been outstanding. I'm also partial to sushi, and is just the best.

🍎 One fun fact about you…
I love food and drink, so I also run my own hamper company called . Check it out if you haven't already. 🙂

🍎 Favourite product produced at Wyer Croft?
I'm a rosé girl, so it has to be our Radlow Hundred Rosé; it is perfection!

The last two months have been a whirlwind, here’s a little snapshot of what’s been going on with just some of the brands and businesses I’ve been supporting.

Celtic Marches continues to keep me busy, with some fantastic results recently including Radlow Hundred winning Silver for their Rondo w**e at the IWSC Awards a huge achievement and so well deserved. Alongside this, I’ve been working more closely on their DTC sales, which are continuing to grow nicely.

It was also great to support the team at one of seasonal roadshows recently. I was so impressed by the event and it was fantastic hearing such positive feedback around the newly launched mulled w**es, check out for more info - they’re going to be perfect for the festive season.

Content for continues to flourish, such a fantastic team to work with and it’s been brilliant seeing strong growth across their social channels with increased engagement, impressions and followers over the last couple of months.

As for I wasn’t entirely sure where I wanted to focus next, however sometimes a little break away and some sea air is exactly what’s needed to reset and refocus. Since then, I’ve launched some gorgeous affordable gifting options, with more exciting things on the way soon.

Some beautiful content has also gone out recently for and I absolutely love this clip of their organic herd enjoying the freedom of the outdoors, so proud to work with such a brilliant farming family.

Then personally having quality time with my family, Pops loved a recent holiday taking in the sea views with the sand beneath her toes - just magic!

Safe to say the last few weeks have been busy, here is a brief roundup on February and March. I am so lucky to work with these amazing businesses! 🫶

Was back at Northern Restaurant & Bar with Celtic Marches Beverages showing some delicious new lines from their Pulp C***r Company range.

Delighted to have started working with these lovely HFT Material Handling & Storage Systems supporting their social media and seeing some fantastic results already!

Celebrated International Woman’s Day, it’s great to work with some very talented women, the Merrimilk post featuring the ladies and the herd proved a real favourite.

Another fantastic shoot with Helen Yandell capturing some beautiful lifestyle content and Helen went above and beyond yet again to get the perfect shot!

Created a lovely brochure for Orchard House, Herefordshire to showcase their beautiful holiday home.

Continue to support the wonderful Jones - Trust Your Gut with sales and marketing.

Tilly's continues to tick away in the background with hampers heading out to a range of holiday homes, you can even find us in Devon!

And of course making time for my number one girl and enjoying these fresh spring mornings together.

With January coming to an end it’s been a busy and exciting start to the year so far.

It was lovely to be back with the talented Helen Yandell Photography organising a photo shoot for some delicious new Pulp C***r Company lines, this includes their Valentines C***r which you can buy now - it’s scrumptious.

The Radlow Hundred Rondo featured on Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh, it was described as ‘gorgeous’ and was a clear favourite. Such a great team effort getting this on air! 🫶

I’m loving working more within e-mail marketing and it’s great to see positive results coming through for my clients.

Valentines planning started Tilly's check out the website to find out how you can treat a loved one on the day of love!

Continuing to work with Orchard House, Herefordshire and Merrimilk with some social media content, really enjoy helping them develop their brands.

Supporting the brilliant Jones - Trust Your Gut across sales and marketing, I religiously take their award-winning ACV every morning - trust me it does wonders for your gut so do check them out!

On a personal note, Pops created her very first masterpiece and I personally think it’s so important to encourage creativity from a young age.
