We were tasked with 3D laser scanning of an interior of a Ford Ranger to help with the design and adaptation of a new interior to change the vehicle class to a 2 seater for tax purposes !

Must admit, pretty impressed with the results !

Our Leica AT500 laser tracker has been busy continuing the installation of a very sophisticated high volume production line for a customer working with prestigious OEM Vehicles.

This alignment entailed a complicated co-ordinate system to align a series of rollers and rotatary tables accross two floors.

Both upper and lower floors were aligned within 0.2mm.

Very much looking forward to seeing this line complete with the vast levels of automation being installed.
