Wyevale Nurseries Wyevale Nurseries is one of the largest family-run wholesale nurseries in the UK. It has a significant product range and is regularly introducing new plants.

It was established in 1930 by Harry Williamson, a horticulturist and entrepreneur. It offers a large variety of trees, shrubs, hedging, herbaceous and specimen plants to garden centres, landscape contractors, local authorities, foresters and landowners.

There’s a seasonal change, but the 3 30 300 Rule is just as relevant.

WHAT IS IT?

It’s about having three trees visible from every building, 30% canopy cover in every neighbourhood and green space within 300 metres. It’s a clear, human focused way of reminding us that trees need to be part of everyday life in our towns and cities.

The rule shifts the conversation from long term targets to what people can actually see, access and benefit from daily – improving wellbeing and climate resilience.
