🙌 Tear-away is perfect for stable, non-stretch fabrics such as bags, aprons and towels and can simply be torn away after embroidery.

Who else is struggling with their cap embroidery warping? 🧢

That’s the challenge Tony from Golf Incorporation brought to Liz at the Embroidery Academy. The cap material was distorting the circular badge, turning it into an oval during embroidery.

Liz guided Tony through the troubleshooting process, sharing practical tips on which backing to use, different ways to clamp the cap and other adjustments to try.

In just over an hour, they found the solution. For this particular cap, Tony needed to adjust the digitising measurements to compensate for the distortion. He achieved the right result and was able to fulfil his customer’s order.
