Salary range is £41,000 - £47,000 pa depending on experience.

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
You will be responsible for the management and successful implementation of Autopack Limited new machine and Turnkey projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Travel to customer sites forms an essential part of this role and will include:
• Conducting site visits at the outset of projects to carry out measurements and assess requirements
• Visiting sites during project ex*****on to monitor progress and ensure alignment with specifications International travel to our suppliers will also be required as part of machine validation processes and training activities.
Candidates must therefore hold a full UK passport and/or have full rights of residency to accommodate both domestic and overseas travel requirements.

𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
Management and implementation of all Autopack Limited new machine projects, including but not limited
to:
• Conducting regular visits to customer sites and suppliers for technical training, machine acceptance testing, and to clarify technical and commercial aspects of specific enquiries and orders.
• Attending site-based project review meetings.
• Utilising the company’s internal ERP system to progress new machine orders, including raising purchase orders for suppliers.
• Reviewing all enquiry documentation and agreeing project specifications.
• Preparing and reviewing detailed tender documentation.
• Developing layout proposals in conjunction with the design team.
• Contributing to initial design and build specifications.
• Liaising with third parties and sub-suppliers, both on-site and via Microsoft Teams.
• Maintaining awareness of Health & Safety requirements for installations.
• Supporting the company’s ISO Quality Management System.
• Providing support to Sales Managers during customer visits and presentations.
• Commercially overseeing multiple projects, managing revenues and costs to ensure contract profitability is maintained, including updating project trackers for cashflow purposes.
• Monitoring and tracking the commercial progress of new machine projects.
• Managing project timelines and ensuring key milestones are met.
• Identifying, managing, and invoicing contract variations.
• Planning and managing on-site installations through to project completion.
• Utilising Microsoft tools such as Smartsheet, Teams, MS Project, Word, and Excel.
• Producing detailed visit reports.
• Undertaking any other duties as reasonably required by management.
