Office Administrator (Apprentice or Experienced applications).

(Finance Administrators - trainees also required soon)

We currently have important positions becoming available for keen and motivated individuals to join our multi-skilled fire & security systems office admin and planning team here in Bartestree, Hereford.

Experienced persons will be considered immediately on a part or full time basis and salary dependent on experience. Must have excellent organisation and admin skills and able to work well within a team in the office environment 9am-5pm weekdays.

Apprentice position:
No previous experience necessary as all training will be provided.

Option to earn while you learn and complete an approved apprenticeship program.

The position will be for a multi-skilled and motivated individual with exceptional organisation skills to assist with initial enquiries all the way through to assisting directors/managers and engineers throughout the company with administrative tasks and organisation of schedules, contracts and compliance, therefore must have (or be willing to learn) thorough knowledge of PC Office programs and word processing, CRM systems, email, social media and spreadsheets, and have an excellent customer service ethos and telephone manner.

Our industry is growing as is our business and we are looking for the right people to join us and enjoy a rewarding future career.

Work is varied from day to day and we look after a large number of customers from domestic to commercial. Each day is different and although we mainly work in and around Herefordshire we travel all over the country when required, so need an excellent staff to organise our team and complete admin tasks.
