All I can say is thank you to the UltraFlex gang, it’s been a rollercoaster to say the least. Was very hard saying goodbye to some really awesome people!
Best part about this was, they all supported my decision and knew it was best for me.

It’s never a goodbye, I will see you all again!! ✈️

Week 9 and I have realised that Australians call crisps “cold chips” and chips “hot chips, flip flops are called thongs, vest are called “singlets” and bottoms are called pants…

Their car indicators are on the opposite side of the steering wheel, their plugs are upside down, their turkeys and spiders are on roids and much more weird s**t is to come…

P.s currently 85kg (was 92kg before I got here).. lost 10kg but finally getting into the swing of things now

“maybe in a few years I would like to try classic physique, that’s the dream”(in my opinion it’s the most aesthetic category and the look I desire most)😍
Standing on stage in those trunks meant alot more to me as this was the long hall dream but yesterday we ticked off that box ✅ 💭
A lot of work to do but that’s something I know I can do..

THE HACK IS BACK..
Last time I did hack squat I only managed 3plate x 6reps when I was on prep at the start of the year.
Corona hit and we have had 5months off any sort of hack squat. Now we are back we start this off with no bulls**t reps.. No bounce/momentum & no partial reps.
TOP SET- 8reps (4pps)
BACK OFF- 12 (3pps)
5plates will be mine very soon! 😈

DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE

These legends at drag their equipment outside every morning and pack it away every night.. THEY DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

I drive over a hour to get there 4-5times a week to train, also on the weekends I specifically train late enough to finish my session and give them a hand packing everything away. A small token of my appreciation for what these guys do everyday!!

If you are near Peterborough/Yaxley area then give the guys a visit, equipment is bang on..
The guys are absolute legends..

Everything you need to know about the 90day challenge..
Simply trying to build a community where people have the support they need from myself and one another. It’s the new year and most have some sort of fitness/healthier resolution but they either never start or it rarely lasts due to lack of knowledge or support.
I want to help as many people as possible, if it’s transforming your bodies or your mind..

Follow the simple steps
1. Entry image/goal
2. All tools provided.. training/ nutrition/ supplements and continuous support
3. Final image on day 90
4. The best transformation wins a prize

The way I see it is, everyone gets support, everyone gets to be surrounded by others going through the same process, everyone gets knowledge and learns about their own bodies and can use what they learn from the 90day challenge for future events (if they want to continue after the 90days, get in shape for a wedding or holiday). These tools can still be used!!
