Full Time | Remote | Sales Consultant
Caring Futures is a UK-registered company supporting British nationals living across Europe to access UK benefits they may be entitled to. We are growing quickly and are now looking for a confident, professional Sales Executive to join the team.
This is a key role within the business. You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for building trust with potential clients and guiding them into our application process.
The Role
You will be speaking with inbound leads who have shown interest in our services. Your role is to understand their situation, clearly explain how we can help, and book them in with our Benefit Specialists.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth client journey from first contact through to confirmed application.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Calling inbound leads and building rapport
• Explaining our service in a clear, professional manner
• Booking clients into application calls
• Managing and updating the CRM system daily
• Scheduling calls and coordinating calendars
• Following up with clients and confirming appointments 24 hours in advance
• Acting as the face of the company for all new enquiries
This is a structured role with clear processes, but success comes from your ability to communicate confidently and build trust quickly.
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in:
• Sales or telesales roles
• Healthcare, care services, insurance, or financial services (preferred)
• Speaking with older clients or handling sensitive conversations
• Working in high-volume lead environments
You do not need direct experience with UK benefits, but an understanding of care or financial support services will be a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in sales or telesales
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable speaking with older clients and discussing sensitive topics
• Strong organisation and CRM management skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to follow a structured sales process
Compensation
• £2,000 per month base salary
• Uncapped commission
Realistic earnings:
£3,500 to £4,000+ per month
