Job Overview:
we have a fantastic opportunity for a breakdown controller at our offices based in Heywood. Working closely with your team even if most of them are on the road, providing excellent levels of customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as a desire to join a fast growing, energetic and modern business where no two days are the same.
Duties:
managing the dispatch and distribution of drivers, monitoring their progress, and ensuring the smooth running of the operation
handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to RMS messages, and facilitate the productive operation of the service.
The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, and the capacity to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Experience:
The ideal candidate is upbeat, enthusiastic and passionate about helping customers.
You will also be an effective communicator both verbally and written formats.
You should be an organised individual, who is able to work efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of recovery sector principles and practices.
the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Proven experience as a Controller. (desirable)

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
