Must have a minimum of 5 months of Call Center Sales Experience –
Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Make Outbound calls to qualify the leads
Provide product/service information to customers
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through customer service.
Informs clients by answering questions; providing information.
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
Ensure shift call and sales targets to be achieved.
Build sustainable conversation and engage customers by taking the extra mile to route the call for sales completion.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Route calls to appropriate resources
Other duties as assigned
