We will be joined remotely by her documentary maker son Luca (joining us from Barcelona!) who directed the film. Can't wait to hear more about it!

We will also be welcoming the lovely Charlotte Ramsdale from The Home Spruce coming in during what is Neurodiversity Week (17-21st March) to talk about organising and decluttering your home, especially when there is neurodiversity in the mix!

As we approach the end of 2024 it’s often common to find yourself reflecting on the previous year. I’m not one to consider my time in blocks of 12 months, I prefer to think of it as more of a constant continuation.
However, social conditioning may lead you to begin to feel the pressure externally for “new year new you”

Here’s somethings to remember

All our time here is on loan.
There is no dress rehearsal.
This here is the main event.
Start living it connected to what really matters to you.

Do you have an anxiety you just can’t shift. Do you have a goal you keep quiet for fear of failure? Does a situation you are in plague your thoughts and prevent la you from moving on. Do you feel dissatisfied with a part of your life?
The chances are you don’t currently give yourself enough time to talk with someone about it. I get it, it’s not always comfortable to be so open and vulnerable with someone. But allowing yourself the space and time to connect with what you really want is the ultimate form of self care. Everything we talk about is kept in the room and treated professionally and in absolute confidentiality.

Using a holistic mindset coach will help you connect your mind, body and soul, to gain an awareness of what is important to you.
