Atula™ has been serving the local businesses in Bucks as a development solutions provider since 2020. One such business that has benefitted is DRS Delivers Ltd., a and services business based in High Wycombe, specialising in furniture deliveries in the UK(mainly England).

Atula™ has custom-built an software called “DPOD” for Distribution Resourcing Services Ltd., bundled with a mobile driver app that goes live this week. The rest of the system went live in June'22. The entire system is cloud-enabled and integrated on a robust , with from Sendinblue (is now Brevo) and Textlocal (part of Webex). This project has a combination of and of the business.

DPOD automatically allows DRS's consignees to book their own order delivery dates on the system, schedule deliveries, plan routes, communicate digitally through sms and e-mail (thereby minimising the use of paper, ink, and print ) with digital delivery notes, warehouse checklists, and digital proof of deliveries. The delivery experience of end consumers can also be posted directly on social media as candid feedback. Soumya Dinesh - Managing Director of Atula™ has been personally spearheading the successful delivery of this first flagship project.

As a result, in under a year, DRS has benefitted from:
1) Freeing up crucial time to grow the business (new clients acquired)
2) Optimising fuel consumption for approximately 15+ vans (we started the journey with around 6, 2.5 years ago)
3) 95% reduction of paper, printer, and ink
4) Communication costs were reduced by 90%
5) Growth into a warehouse 3 times larger than the previous one.

The entire business is now more streamlined with DRS's processes being more nimble & efficient and the business operations well on their journey to being fully , unlocking huge cost-savings.

We call this Small Business Syndrome - An unnecessary/avoidable anxiety and stress that we inflict upon ourselves.

As a small business, it is understandable to attempt at every business activity in an attempt to save money. Consider our personal daily to-do lists compounded by overflowing business lists - in totality. One has to be exceptionally brilliant in too. But in the end, we are all HUMAN
