I offer a very bespoke service covering many aspects of what a personal assistant can do to support you in your day-to-day life, regardless of whether you're a large company, small business or a one-woman or one-man band! I have 16 years experience working as a highly dedicated and versatile PA. Here are some of my main attributes:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Well-developed verbal and written communication
• Demonstrable experience in preparing reports
• Knowledge and experience of partnership working
• Professional event management experience from budget holding and planning to post-event evaluation
• Considerable experience in producing traditional and online marketing collateral
• Highly-honed minute-taking skills, particularly in sensitive and confidential meetings
I work virtually from the comfort of my own home, or can come to you (within reason!), my hours are flexible and include evenings and weekends. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
• Diary management
• E-mail and call handling
• Minute-taking
• Conducting research and presenting into a report
• Data input
• Audio transcribing
• Event management
• Typing up handwritten notes…
This list could go on so hit me up and let’s have a chat about what you’re looking for. I also have 20 years' writing experience and my work has featured in various publications, from the Guardian to Everton FC's matchday programme. I also provide copywriting, copyediting and proofreading services. I'm a loud and proud grammar geek and have been known to spot errors (spelling, grammar or continuity) in best-selling books before now so I have a keen eye for the smallest of details! One more thing...if I give you an estimate for four hours or more and we go ahead, I'll throw in the first hour for FREE.
